By using or accessing this website, you acknowledge that you have read these terms of use ("agreement"), and that you accept and will be bound by the agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or otherwise use youngatheart213.com.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. The wholesale portion of our website is only accessible to retailers. You must have a valid seller's permit, and you must have a retail clothing business in order to be able to purchase goods from us. By registering in youngatheart213.com you warrant and agree that you have a valid reseller's permit, a retail clothing business that is in operation, and that you intend to abide by all the terms of use under this agreement.

Attempt to unlawfully access any account, images, or other content that is being granted to you by accessing this site

Disclose your password to; share your password with any third parties. You may not use your password for any unauthorized purpose.


Young at Heart Apparel prides itself in quality garments. However, there may be circumstances out of our control in which merchandise may be damaged during transit. It will be the buyers' responsibility to inspect all goods before selling it. Buyers will have 5 business days to notify one of our representatives regarding any damages. We will gladly replace the goods if we still have it in stock, or issue a store credit that is equal in value to the returned goods. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package if there are any shortages. You are responsible for making claims in a timely manner. If there are any shortages, please email us and a sales representative will assist you. Depending on the situation, we may be able to send you a replacement or we can issue a store credit. We may not be able to assist you if your claim is not made within a timely manner.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not acceptable before completion date because we are a cut to order company. If cancellations are necessary, it must be by written request to the factory. If accepted you will be charged 25% of the value of the cancelled portion for handling. Completion date indicates final day on which merchandise ordered can be shipped from the factory. Allow up to 8 days time from the date of shipment.

Returns & Exchange

No returns accepted without written authorization. No claims allowed unless made within 5 days from receipt of goods, prices subject to change without notice. Continuing guarantee under the textile fiber products identification act filed with the federal trade commissions. We currently do not accept exchanges.


We may terminate user access or suspend any user's access to all or part of youngatheart213.com without notice for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates any applicable law or is harmful to us, or if such party is found to have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with youngatheart213.com. The services provided for you on youngatheart213.com are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. We may refuse our services to anyone at any time in our sole and absolute discretion. We reserve the right to make changes to the terms of use at any time without prior notice.


Buyer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Young at Heart Apparel, its officers, directors, owners, partners, agents and employees from any and all suits, losses, claims, demands, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and paralegal fees) that we may sustain or incur, arising from or out of a respective:

Buyer's failure to comply with any applicable laws and/or regulations;

Buyer's breach of any of its obligations set forth in these terms;

When you purchase something from our company, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.


Our website is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.  Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.


Please note, using our direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify will store your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our company and its service providers.
